Every estimate includes removing the old floor, hauling it away, reinstalling baseboards and cleaning up. If the subfloor needs repair, we price it before anything starts.

Measure and estimate
We come to your home, look at the floor and give you a written estimate the same day. Free, and good for 30 days.

Pick the floor
We bring samples to your house so you see them in your light, next to your walls. A 50% deposit covers the materials; the rest is due when the job is done.

Install
You clear the room. Our installers take out the old floor, prep the subfloor and lay the new one, usually in 1 to 3 days, then haul away the mess.

Walk it with you
The same person who did your estimate walks the finished floor with you, hands over care instructions and follows up by phone. Workmanship is covered for a year.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come to your home and give you a written estimate the same day. It holds for 30 days.
What types of flooring do you install?
Luxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP and LVT), laminate, engineered hardwood and carpet.
Do you provide the materials?
Yes. We bring samples to your home, you pick, we order. The 50% deposit covers the materials.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Removal and haul-away are in every estimate, and the baseboards go back on after.
How long does installation take?
1 to 3 days on site, and usually 1 to 2 weeks from first call to finished floor.
Do you move furniture?
No. You clear the rooms; we handle everything after that, including cleanup.
What if my subfloor needs repairs?
We check it during the estimate and price any repair before anything starts.
